We have tried to be as accurate as possible indescribing colours, sizes, ages and materials. It is possible some slight variations may occur.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

We will refund the price of goods only or replace (whichever you prefer) any items returned to us.
Unless faulty, goods must be returned at your expense in original packaging and in a resaleable conditions. Personalised items cannot be returned (unless we have made a mistake.

Payment

Payment can be made by an major debit or credit card, though we are unable to accept Diners cards or Amex. Payments will be processed at time of ordering.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within a few days ofreceipt. It may take a little longer during the busy periods. Phone us if you have a ‘must delivered by’ date. The majority of our products are delivered by courier and a signature will be required upone receipt. Please include your phone number with your order so that if an item is out of stock, we can contact you in case of any delay.

Offshore and Overseas Orders

Orders for delivery to pffshore Islands will be charged at cost, plus a £5.00 admin charge. If delivery is going to a BFPO address then dimension restrictions apply. Please talk to us before you order.
