Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard and Maestro. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not want to give your credit card details using our secure service please print your order and either phone us or post it. |
| Delivery Schedule: Orders will normally arrive within 10 working days, but usually much sooner. If the order is really urgent please ring us (01303 244666) and we can probably get it to you the next day or the day after. |
| Back Orders: We are not often out of stock. If it does happen we will contact you to ask what you want us to do. |
| Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security: When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
