We have tried to be as accurate as possible in describing colours, sizes, ages and materials. It is possible some slight variations may occur.

Payment

Payment can be made by any major debit or credit card, though we are unable to accept Diners cards or Amex. Payments will be processed at time of ordering. Cheques made payable to The Wooden Toy Catalogue, will be banked upon receipt and will be subject to a reasonable clearance period.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within a few days of receipt. It may take a little longer during the busy periods. Phone us if you have a ‘must delivered by’ date. The majority of our products are delivered by courier and a signature will be required upon receipt. Please include your phone number with your order so that if an item is out of stock, we can contact you in case of any delay.

Overseas & Offshore

Small orders to be delivered to postcodes BT, ZE, IM, KW, HS, GY, JW will travel by Royal Mail in a bubble pack (max 35 x 47cm) at our standard P&P charge of £4.99. Larger parcels in cartons up to 15kg will be sent by courier and will be charged at £14.50 per carton. For European Union destinations cartons will travel by courier and be charged at £14.50 each. We regret that deliveries outside the EU are not available. For BFPO address, dimensions apply - please talk to us before you order.

Wishlist Facility

Our wishlist facility is a great way of letting friends and family know what your children would like for Birthdays and Christmas. Please note that items are NOT automatically removed from the wishlist when they have been ordered.
